Shipping Time
The arrival date of your package depends on the stock of your
order contents in our warehouse. If all items are in stock (99% of the time),
your order will be shipped the following business day it was received. Some
items on our website indicate an availability date. These items are not
available for immediate shipping and take the indicated time for processing. From that
date, add approx. 1-10 days if you selected Standard USPS as your shipping
selection. FedEx, also depending on your selections
Shipping Status
When you go to track your
order you will either see a FedEx tracking number, USPS tracking number, or it
will simply state Shipped "Date of Ship," which mean your order went out First
Class Mail with the United States Postal service. Delivery time with first class
mail can take up to 10 days, and as fast as next day.
If the status says: Shipping Address (Status: Unconfirmed)
This simply means the shipping address you provided with PayPal is Unconfirmed.
So your order will be sent address provided with PayPal to us, which you had
provided when you signed up. The reason your address states Unconfirmed is
either your credit card did not match when PayPal did address verification, or
you do not have a credit card or either a bank account to verify your address
with your profile.
Tracking your package
Tracking numbers are uploaded to view on your account the night your order ships
out. You can take tracking info from our site and track your shipment online at
fedex.com or usps.com depending on how your order was shipped out.
Domestic Shipping Rates
All orders have a base shipping price of $3.95 Depending on what items that you
order the shipping rate may go up or stay the same. The larger the item that you
order the higher the shipping price will be. Please note that because jewelry
items are so small you do not have to worry about the size of the item. No
matter how much jewelry you order the shipping rate will always be $3.95.
Returned Packages
For all packages returned back, there is a Fee to re-ship your order.
We are
NOT responsible for all packages returned back to us. If you provide us wrong
information, address, city, and zip code, you are out of luck. It is not our
company responsibility to correct your error. No sort of refund will be made
unless the error was our fault.
International and Canada Shipping Rates
Shipping rates to Canada and other countries outside the US can be viewed in the
View Cart page. Simply click view cart and scroll to the bottom to view our base
