Policy for all Body Jewelry
We want you
as a customer to have 100% satisfaction for the jewelry that you order from us.
But since Body Jewelry is a personal item, we have to treat it as needles in a
doctors office, once opened must throw away. So that said we offer NO RETURNS or Exchange's
for all Body Jewelry sold from us, QUALITY is guaranteed. If for any reason we
send wrong items or mess up with your order, then you can contact us
here

Policy for all Clothing and Accessories
- If you received the wrong item then you can exchange for the same item as
on your order page.
- You can exchange or return
the item(s) you ordered within 30 days of your order ship date. Note: additional shipping charges will apply
for exchanges and refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item(s)
(Shipping charges will not be refunded). All items MUST be in
new condition with all tags. Note: If the item is not something that is
usually stocked within our warehouse (distinguished with a lead ship time
greater than 2 business days a 20% re-stocking fee maybe accessed.)
Policy for Shoes
- Shoes will only be taken
back as a return or exchange if shoes are in NEW UNWORN CONDITION. The shoe
box must also be in NEW CONDITION. Shoe boxes with tape or labels stuck
directly on the box will not be taken back for either a return or an
exchange. In addition, customer will be responsible for having the shoes
shipped back to you if shoes or shoe boxes do not match the criteria stated
above.

Please note the you may only exchange/return items
that are in NEW condition. If items came with tags, they are expected to
be returned with tags. Items that are not in resalable condition will
not be taken back for return/exchange. BodyPUNKS has a 30 day
Return/Exchange policy. This date starts the day the item is shipped,
NOT THE DATE IT IS RECEIVED. Packages postmarked 30 days after this date
will not be taken back for return or exchange. Please also make sure the
item that you wish to exchange for is in-stock on our website before
submitting your exchange.

Returns

Cancelations
Orders can be canceled within 1
hour of the time the order is placed. If a cancelation request is received after
this timeframe, a 20% restocking fee will apply to non-stock or preorder items
with an estimated shipping timeframe greater than 3 days.
