My BodyPUNKS is a new feature at BodyPUNKS.com. This feature enables
you to many things. They are listed below.
- Track My Order.
- Enables you to view the status of your order
- View your point history
- View flyers I've made
- Earn Points
- Use Points
- Update Myself
- Change your default shipping address.

Reviewing Your
orders |

Reviewing your orders is easy at BodyPUNKS.com. On the top menu you
will see a link named "Track my Order". After clicking on that you will
displayed your order history. Click on one of those orders and you will then be
displayed an detailed page informing you about the status of your order. |

Problems with an Order |

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you Immediately to resolve
any issues. |

Canceling
an Order |
If you have NOT PAID either with Credit Card, PayPal or Money Order, then simply delete the
automatic email from your inbox. Please do not panic if you receive another
email from us saying that your order is still unpaid for, since that will be the
last email from us, until you try to place another order.
If you have already paid either with Credit Card, PayPal or Money Order, and
would like a refund for an order ONLY IF IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED FROM OUR
OFFICE, please give us a call at 520.325.0186 or send us an email with your
request to cancel by clicking here. |
